Emperor’s Palace – Garden of Lights

21 December , 2014

We decided to go and see the Garden of Lights this year, for the first time. Wow! It really is A LOT of lights. It took us about an hour to make our way through all the displays.

The qeue to get in will do your head in though! We went early and had dinner at the palace and fell into line at about 18:45. If you’re planning on going, that’s more or less the time slot I’d recommend.

Here are a few photos of our visit. If you’re into lights, it’s well worth the visit!

Nicola had a blast…but she was a bit bummed that we didn’t see the emperor.

Two gardens in one day is a lot of walking for little legs…😉

This photo isn’t related, but still super cute. The little trees had their hats on too.

  2. So Funso’s told me about this lights thing before but NOW I get the magnitude of it🙂 We have something like that in PE called Happy Valley and it is a tradition to go stroll through with an ice-cream on a warm December evening🙂

    • It is really spectacular. I think we will definitely be going again next year. On 21 Dec 2014 9:50 PM, “123 Blog Myself” wrote:
