Photo catch up post: Duck-o-saurus and beading with Fluffbunny

15 August , 2013

It’s probably not really called a duck-o-saurus, but I was pushed for an answer and that’s the best I could come up with on short notice. πŸ˜‰

When we have marshmallow snakes, EVERYONE gets one!

Have you seen a beaded ring like that before? I haven’t, and neither has Nicola – she was really taken with it…it’s a wonder we managed to leave there without it.

Intense concentration here as the two of them do some beading. πŸ˜‰

Ps! Nicola has been dancing around the house all of yesterday and a little bit this morning. Imagine my shock and horror when i heard her singing, “I’m a Barbie girl…in a Barbie world…”. Definitely NOT off any of my playlists – she must have picked this up at school with one of the extra murals? *wearing my not so very impressed face*

Well, at least she’s getting her dance on and having a good time, I guess. I think she is going to have so much fun at my brother’s wedding in a few weeks. πŸ˜€

  1. Oh cute – they all love the Barbie girl song

    • The dancing is very cute! (I am NOT a fan of the song though)

  2. Wha-ha-ha! Can only imagine her singing that song and your internal thoughts πŸ™‚

  3. Ha ha ha ha ha. If only Nicola nows how much you do not like the song, I am sure she will sing it even more (I HOPE NOT) πŸ˜†

    • Well I’m definitely not telling her! Hahaha…I’ll just focus on the bits I like, which is the super cute dancing. πŸ˜‰

  4. Oh gosh. I hate that song! But, Cat is right, they ALL know it. We have our own Duck-o-saurus – a toy puppy. Puppy gets fake food and water and makes us late most mornings because Puppy (and his owner) want to have a lie-in,

    • Hahaha! Okay, Duck-o-saurus hasn’t demanded anything like that yet.

  5. Oi, don’t like that song either…but don’t tell her that you don’t…she might just sing it to irritate you.

Say something...come on! You know you want to?
