What we got up to for Valentine’s

15 February , 2013

We had a magnificent dinner of fish fingers and cauliflower, followed by a desert of jelly and custard. πŸ˜‰

We sjooshed up bath-time with some glow sticks, and then settled in for some animated entertainment in the form of Kung Fu Panda.

Nicola wasn’t feeling well (I could tell because she insisted on wearing her winter pajamas and it was probably about 30’C!).

Even so…I got a couple of great cuddles and I love yous. Pretty much one great evening. πŸ™‚

Today we’re taking a sick day and making cards for Ouma and Oupa.

  1. Oh no! Sorry to hear that she’s aren’t feeling well. Hoop sy voel gou beter. Sterkte daar.

    • Dankie πŸ™‚ Ek hoop net sy is mooi gesond teen volgende week wanneer ons op vakansie gaan.

  2. ooh, is it holiday next week?

poor thing. it’s the crazy weather I think.

mine are better again, thank goodness. Although my throat is threatening. But I’m planning to have a degoran tonight and sleep deep.

your valentine’s sounds lovely and low-key. I was lights out by 9:30!!!

PS off to take some pics now

    • Yip, next week! *grin* And yes, it was lovely. Get some sleep…hope you feel better soon.

  3. Poor baba! Is she better?

    • She still has a bit of a cough, but she says she feels a lot better. Hopefully that will also clear up soon.

Say something...come on! You know you want to?
