Day 1 : Road trip

We were planning a 5:00am departure but we got away almost an hour later.

Not serious though. We still managed to hit Harrismith at a perfectly reasonable breakfast time.

The rest of the road trip also went by with no drama…in fact Nicola and I slept most of it which made it go much quicker.

And then we arrived…wow! What a great spot. This is the view from our porch.

Simply stunning…we are having a great time so far.
