It's been roughly 13 years since I've had to know how to do CPR and my brother (who did a course last year) tells me that all the rules have changed?! It's no more 5 compressions and two breaths, he says they taught him that it's 30 compressions at 100 beats per minute rate, and then 2 breaths. That is intense! Imagine having to do that for 25 minutes while you wait for the ambulance to arrive. I’m just glad everything turned out okay and I didn’t need to do more than to remind him to breathe.
